Ayla HOME: Breakthroughs in cloud services and Saas systems

After 2017, in order to improve the efficiency of research and development, Ella Iot developed a new set of “public cloud + module +SaaS” standardized universal solutions, namely the “black box solution.” The principle of this scheme is to fix the cloud service in the chip module by Agent mode. After obtaining the cloud module of Ella IoT, customers do not need to know the algorithm and rules; they only need to understand the function configuration and properties of each PIN Angle in the module so as to configure their motherboard.

Therefore, this becomes a zero-code low code development solution. At present, the company has cooperated with large household appliance manufacturers, automobile enterprises, intelligent POS machine manufacturers, etc. The one-stop developer platform built by the PaaS+ cloud module can help intelligent terminal manufacturers to achieve rapid product access, complete SaaS development/super APP development in one day, public cloud deployment in three days, and product landing in two months. Terminal manufacturers can develop and innovate by themselves according to their own needs.

It is worth mentioning that the company will include the products of cooperative manufacturers into the Ella Iot 15+N product ecological platform. The platform comprises 15 intelligent devices with sensors as the core developed by ELLA Iot and 200-300 intelligent single products selected by Ella’s preferred quality control system. Among them, 15 core devices include gateway, door sensor, water sensor, human body sensor, scene switch, temperature and humidity sensor, smoke sensor, air sensor, sound and light alarm, infrared converter, door lock, etc. The 200-300 preferred ecological products are divided into two categories: the first category is the whole-house intelligent products personalized developed by the company’s one-stop developer platform; The second category is the outstanding size of household appliances on the market pan-intelligent terminal brand.

Secondly, Ayla Home, the smart house built by Ella IoT, mainly provides active, intelligent services for users. Based on the whole package of delivery solutions, Ayla Home is upgraded to an active AI intelligent space management service and recommends the most suitable intelligent solution for the whole house according to different apartment types. According to our understanding, some of the smart products included in Ayla Home come from the smart Home appliance manufacturers that cooperate with Ayla IoT. Still, the whole AIoT system and software services are in charge of Ayla IoT, while the design, service, installation, and construction steps are completed by Ayla Home. Therefore, Ayla Home will become a comprehensive service platform to solve the “last mile construction” of smart homes and build the channel pattern of “manufacturer integration.”

Smart Hotel SaaS

In terms of profit model, Ella It provides three different charging modes: hardware module, SaaS, and PaaS. First, hardware modules as part of the revenue; Secondly, SaaS mainly adopts subscription, which is charged by the number of years and months. PaaS charges an amount of the license fee from customers after delivery.

In terms of core advantages, the essential parts of the Internet of Things that are most difficult to break through are cloud services and SaaS systems, not hardware. In the early days of its establishment, Ella Iot spent a lot of time focusing on the development of cloud platforms.
